House-League Registration


Please read all information pertaining to your player's age category, including the REFUND POLICY, and other policies detailed below prior to registration.  If you have any questions please email us prior to proceeding.
  • All program registration for Southwest Optimist-Oakridge Optimist Soccer is on-line.  
  • A registration link can be found at the bottom of this page to complete the registration process.
  • Although we have a late registration deadline, most of our age groups will fill up prior to this date.  Availability is on a first come basis as long as you have completely registered them in the system and have paid for the registration. You must be fully checked out of your basket and receive a registration confirmation e-mail, otherwise you will not be registered!
  • To be completely registered you must complete the check out procedure at the on line registration site, which includes payment.  You will get an e-mail confirming your registration is complete.  If you do not see the e-mail you most likely have not checked out your basket in the on line site and are not registered!

2022 House League Registration Fees: 

  • Oakridge U4 and U5 programs  - $90
  • Oakridge U6 and Southwest U5/U6 program - $100 
  • Under 8 through Under 10 - $125
  • U12 - $130
  • U14 & up - $140

*  A late fee surcharge of $30 may apply after April 1st

Registration notes:

  1. A credit card is required to make your on-line payment.  If you do not have a credit card please choose the office payment option and then follow the instructions provided.
  2. All house league divisions are capped as to size.  Once a division is full, registrations are then wait listed. Register early to avoid being wait listed.
  3. Requests to play with another non-sibling player may be made to a limit of one request per player.  This request must be a mutual friend request where each player requests the other on their registration  This request will be reviewed by the division convenor but is not guaranteed.  Requests for a specific coach cannot be guaranteed.

Late Fees

  • A late fee of $30 may apply to registrations after April 1, 2023.


  • Once registered, withdrawals for any reason, must be made by e-mailing and are subject to a $25 administration fee.  

Play Ups

  • Players are allowed to play up ONE age category.  To do this please register your player in the league pertaining to their birth year and then e-mail us with your specific request including your child's name and date of birth.  If there is room in the league you are requesting we will then complete the play up request.
  • Players are not allowed to play down an age group unless due to a physical or mental infirmity.  If this applies to your registration please e-mail us prior to registering to ensure we can accomodate the request.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be received no later than April 1st, no refund requests will be allowed after that date. Refund cheques will be issued after April 1st, 2023.  The Club incurs costs as soon as you register, the administration fee is used to offset these costs. 
  • Refund requests will be subject to a $25 fee prior to April 1, 2023.
  • Refund deadline is April 1st, 2023.  No refunds will be processed if requested after this date.  Refund requests must be e-mailed to by April 1st, 2023.

Note that due to the volume of e-mails received, e-mails requesting information available on this website will not be returned.


Each family requires a PowerUp Family Profile to register from. Please do NOT make a new one each year!  If you have used a PowerUp System in the past at a previous club, do not create a separate profile here.  You can use your existing profile amongst clubs.

Things to remember:

  • All registrations must be completed online.
  • You will need a working email address to create a PowerUp Family Profile. These are created via PowerUp the FIRST year you register.
  • You must add to your list of accepted senders (or Safe List) in your Email Contact List to receive receipts, updates and notices!

We will NEVER share your email address nor send you info unrelated to our soccer club using it! Please refrain from making multiple Profiles and use the "Forgot my Password" prompt. Be careful not to pick up a space when you cut and paste your temporary password in!

REGISTRATION CHECK LIST:  Once you have your Family Profile Set Up

Login to your PowerUp Family Profile using your User Name (email address) & Password previously established. Note: Use the"I forgot my password" prompt if needed. DO NOT (please) attempt make new profile every year the system is set to try and prevent this.

  1. Confirm that the player you want to register is listed in your Family Profile - if not ADD A PLAYER.
  2. Select the Product for each child you want to register. They will appear in your Basket once you do.
  3. Browse the other Products available and add any others you want to your Basket.
  4. Next, follow the prompt to Check-out, creating a Order Number.
  5. Registrants will make payment by online credit card via PowerUp.
  6. If you do not have a credit card, select office payment and follow the instructions indicated there.  Be aware of the deadlines with the office payment option or your registration may be canceled.  Put the Order Number on the Memo line of your cheque or include a copy of your Invoice when using office payment.
