Southwest-Oakridge is proud to provide refereeing opportunities to members of the Oakridge and Southwest Soccer communities!

We take a very limited number of new referees each season at each location. 

Please see the notes below before completing a GAME OFFICIAL APPLICATIONS on our REGISTRATION PORTAL.

To be considered as a new House League referee for next season you must be turning at least 12 years of age in 2025, and successfully pass the beginner referee course from Western Counties, or an equivalent.   We will provide training to you, if you are successfully selected.  Referees must be available to officiate matches in both the Southwest and the Oakridge locations.

All Referees must ahave their OWN accounts in the REGISTRATION PORTAL separated from their parent/guardian's account.  Parents/guardians can be set up to be cc'd on all emails that are sent to their refs so they don't have to worry about being informed.  

To Volunteer as a Refere:

If you have an account:

1. Log in to the account on  the REGISTRATION PORTALusing the email and password you created last season.
2. Click on Volunteer Now
3. Click on Game Official
4. Fully complete the application with as many details as requested
5. Wait for us to contact you

If you DO NOT have an account of your own:

1. Click on this link to take you to the REGISTRATION PORTAL
2. Click on SIGN UP
3. Fully complete your Profile.  Double Check that your contact information is accurate
4. Once your profile is set up - Click on Volunteer Now
5. Click on Game Official
6. Fully complete the application with as many details as requested
7. Wait for us to contact you
